Going to be another short post tonight. I finished up the job application I was working on and submitted it today. And while it took a lot of time and added some extra stress I didn’t particularly need this week, I was thinking today how glad I am for job applications. For several reasons.
To start, I’m grateful for my work and educational experiences that have prepared me for the types of jobs I am currently applying for. I’m thankful that there are actually job postings available in our current economic climate. And I am even more thankful that some of those open job positions are ones that interest and excite me.
So today, I’m thankful for job applications.
(But I will be even more thankful if one of these job applications leads to an actual job!)
